Ronnie Champagne's daughter bought her parents a Lady Luck scratch-off for Valentine's Day from Murphy USA #7463 and instructed the couple not to scratch it until the holiday. He and his wife were so excited to learn they won a $1,000 prize which they cashed right away at the Lottery's Lafayette office.
