Ways To Play

Ways to Play FAST PLAY

2. Official Louisiana Lottery Mobile App. Select the Fast Play tile on the Lottery's app and tap the logo of the game you want to play. A QR code will display. Have the retailer scan this code to generate your ticket. Be sure of your selection and ticket cost, as Fast Play games cannot be cancelled!

TIP:Fast Play games should print on demand. To ensure your ticket was printed at the time of purchase, check the date and time stamp on your ticket before you leave the store.

Fast Play Prizes

Fast Play prizes <$600 can be claimed at any participating retailer. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the games announced closure. As with all instant-win games, game closure and prize redemption deadlines are posted to the Lottery's website. A complete description of each games prize tiers, odds of winning and game directives will also be available online.</p>

No. There are no FREE TICKET prizes in Fast Play games. Visit the game's detail page on this website for a list of prizes and odds of winning in that game.

Visit our Claim a Prize page for the claims options we have available.

Winning scratch-off tickets and Fast Play tickets can be claimed up to 90 days following the closure of the game. A list of closed games and end-of-redemption dates can be found on this website. Winning draw-style game tickets can be claimed up to 180 days following the drawing in which the prize was won.

Published game odds apply to the entire game overall. They do not mean, in this case, that every fourth ticket is a winner. Lottery games are games of chance, so winning scratch-offs and Fast Play tickets are randomly distributed throughout the game. Just imagine what would happen to the integrity of Lottery games if it was known which tickets were winners prior to their sale.

If you win more than $600 and are therefore required to claim your prize at a Lottery office, you will be required to complete a claim form for tax purposes. Under the Lottery's statute, all prize payment records are open records, meaning that the public has a right to request the information. Depending upon the amount won and public or media interest in the win, winners may NOT be able to remain anonymous. The statute also allows the Lottery to use winners' names and city of residence for publicity purposes such as news releases. The Lottery's regular practice is not to use winner information in paid advertising or product promotion without the winner's willingness to participate.

To ensure the integrity of your Fast Play ticket, make sure that the ticket was generated at the time of purchase. You can find the time and date stamp at the top of your ticket. If you feel the ticket was generated in advance of your purchase, please notify the store manager or contact the Lottery at
