Connor's ticket matched four white balls drawn plus the red Powerball to win his prize.

"I still can't believe it," said Connors, age 54.  "If you don't play, you can't win!" 

He purchased his winning ticket at Ace Convenient Service on Barataria Boulevard in Marrero.
