Stamper discovered his Lotto ticket matched all six of the numbers drawn on April 19 to win the $1.6 million jackpot. He held the sole winning ticket for the April 19 Lotto drawing.

Stamper purchased his winning ticket at Harde' Mart #227 on S. Main Street in Junction City.
