Louisiana Lottery Corporations Names Shantel Richard Vice President of Human Resources

Louisiana Lottery President Rose Hudson announced that Shantel Richard has been named vice president of human resources for the corporation. Richard boasts a 14-year-long career in human resources most recently as human resources business partner at Denka Performance Elastomer. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources from Louisiana State University -Shreveport and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As vice president of human resources at the Lottery, Richard will oversee the Lottery’s personnel policies, compensation and benefits programs; employee recruitment and training; and performance management plans.
