Darcey purchased his winning ticket at BJ's Country Corner #2 on West Main Street in Houma. 

"The bigger you bet, the bigger the payout" he quipped.  "You can't win unless you play." 

Darcey said he previously won $2,000 playing $1,000,000 Spectacular and $10,000 playing Powerball. 

He also said he plans to pay off debts and purchase a new vehicle with his winnings.
