Walls won by playing her numbers as a "straight," meaning she had to match the numbers drawn that night in exact order to win.  She played the same set of numbers five times winning a total of $2,500.

She purchased her winning ticket from Richard Food Store on North Rocheblave in New Orleans.

She's going to use the winnings for her daughter's high school graduation.
