Mary purchased her two winning tickets at Jack's Beverages #15 on Old Spanish Trail in Slidell.

She played her numbers as a "straight/box" set, which meant that they could match the numbers drawn in any order to win a prize or exact order to win $3,700 on a $1 play. 

She used a relative's address when choosing her numbers.  

Mary said she's previously won various amounts playing Pick 4.
