All top prizes have been claimed for Ruby Red 7's, therefore the Lottery has closed the $5 scratch-off game as of May 14.  In accordance with Louisiana Lotter Corporation policy, players have until Sept. 12, 2007, 90 days from the official close of the game, to claim any prizes from the game.
