R.S. 47:9021, the Louisiana Lottery Corporation publishes quarterly financial statements in the official journal of the state, including a statement of cash flows to identify the disposition of all funds expended by the corporation for any purpose: Comprehensive Annual Financial Report At the end of each fiscal year, July 1st through June 30th, The Louisiana Lottery Corporation creates its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.Retirement Plan Comprehensive Annual Financial Report At the end of each calendar year, January 1st through December 31st, The Louisiana Lottery Corporation creates its Retirement Plan Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.Past annual reports can be found on the Legislative Auditor's Web site.
