$100,000 HOLD 'EM POKER® SECOND-CHANCE DRAWING

How to Enter How to Enter Second-Chance Drawing

1. Complete the information on the back of one (1) nonwinning $100,000 Hold 'Em Poker® scratch-off ticket. Entries for the 4th and final drawing must be received by Thursday, January 10 to be eligible for the drawing.

2. Mail one (1) ticket in the pre-addressed envelopes available at your favorite retailer OR in an envelope no larger than 4.5 " x 9.5 " and mail to:

3. Enter as many times as you want. Limit one entry per envelope.

Questions about your entry should be directed to MDI Entertainment LLC at 1-800-201-0108 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST.

Entries must be received at the address on the back of the ticket by the entry deadline for each second-chance drawing to qualify for that drawing. Entries received after the deadline for drawings 1, 2 or 3 will be included in the next scheduled drawing, to take place within seven days of the deadline. Entries received after the deadline for the fourth and final drawing are not eligible. After each drawing, nonwinning entries will be discarded.

Prize Fulfillment

Second-chance drawing winners of the World Poker Tour® Merchandise Packages will be shipped to the winner's address as shown on the entry within approximately ten (10) business days following the Second-Chance Drawing in which the winning entry was drawn. Grand Prize World Poker Tour® Experience winners will be sent a congratulatory letter within ten (10) days following the drawing in which the winning entry was selected. Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the game's announced closure date posted on the Lottery's Web site.

Ticket purchasers and tournament participants must be at least 21 years of age. No more than one prize package winner or trip winner per drawing.

The odds of winning a Grand Prize World Poker Tour® Experience or a World Poker Tour® Merchandise Package in any of the second-chance drawings are dependent upon the number of entries received for each drawing.
