Louisiana Lottery's Fan's Choice VIP Experience Promotion Rules

Contest Description:

Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to submit one entry for the Lottery's Fan's Choice VIP Experience giveaway for a chance to win a "Gameday Prize Package" for two people to a specified football game at their choice of one of six participating Louisiana universities: Louisiana Tech University, McNeese State University, Northwestern State University, Southern University, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Entries will be accepted only through the Lottery's official "Louisiana Lottery Contest Promotions" application on Facebook on the following dates: Sept. 13-18, 2012. In order to enter, fans must choose one "Gameday Prize Package" from the six options listed. From all the entries submitted for each university, one winner will be randomly selected for a total of six winners.

How to Enter:

Eligible participants can submit one entry during the Louisiana Lottery's Fan's Choice VIP Experience giveaway by choosing one "Gameday Prize Package" from the six options listed. To be considered, entries must be submitted electronically through the Lottery's "Louisiana Lottery Contest Promotions" application on Facebook by 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18.

Participation requires the user to "Like" the Louisiana Lottery on its Facebook page and to "accept" the application.  No entries will be accepted in person, by mail or through any method other than the Lottery's designated Facebook application.

All required information on the contest entry form must be completed in full, and entries may not be changed or altered once submitted.  Incomplete or inappropriate entries will be disqualified at the Lottery's sole discretion.  Only one entry per person is allowed per promotion.

All contest participants agree to comply with these rules and accept the Lottery's interpretation of them in executing the contest.

Judging:

One entry will be randomly selected by Lottery personnel from the field of entries submitted for each of the participating Louisiana universities for a total of six winners.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be selected and notified (via the email address and phone number provided with their entry) on Wednesday, Sept. 19. Winners have two business days after any form of attempted communication by the Lottery to verify their eligibility status or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in those cases. Once confirmed, winners will be announced on the Lottery's Facebook page.

Prizes:

Six universities have created customized "Gameday Prize Packages" for one winner and a guest - both of whom must be at least 21 years old - as part of the Louisiana Lottery's sponsorship of their athletic teams. Items included in each "Gameday Prize Package" vary and are specified below.

Louisiana Tech University
The winner and a guest will receive special seating at the Oct. 6 game against the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; a tour of the athletic facility and an opportunity to meet select coaches; special game jerseys and hospitality during the game.

McNeese State University
The winner and a guest will receive Club Level seats, including food and drinks, at the Oct. 27 game against Stephen F. Austin State University; pregame field passes to watch player warm-ups; passes to the Hospitality Tent in Cowboy Corral, including food and drinks, and a parking pass.

Northwestern State University
The winner and a guest will receive seats in the VIP booth at the Oct. 6 game against Lamar University.

Southern University
The winner and a guest will receive seats in the North End Zone suite with the Athletic Director at the Nov. 10 game against Alabama State University; an opportunity to participate as "Guest Coaches" and sit in on pre-game meetings, tour the athletic facility, eat a pre-game meal with coaches and players, and be on the field as the Jaguars run out for pre-game; and a parking pass.

University of Louisiana at Lafayette
The winner and a guest will receive seats in the Athletic Director's suite at the Oct. 6 game against Tulane University; pre-game sideline passes; footballs signed by the coach and a Ragin' Cajuns ball cap.

University of Louisiana at Monroe
The winner and a guest will receive skybox seats at the Nov. 17 game against the University of North Texas; sideline passes for pre-game, halftime and game; a pre-game walk through The Grove with players; polo shirts, ball caps and VIP parking.

Terms and Conditions:

All entries are subject to the terms and conditions accepted by the entrants when installing the Lottery's "Louisiana Lottery Contest Promotions" application.  All entrants must be at least 21 years of age.

The Fan's Choice VIP Experience winners and their guests are responsible for all other costs, including transportation to the game, lodging, or food or beverage they may require to participate.

Promotion winners and their guests agree to participate in the Lottery's publicity efforts in conjunction with this promotion, including but not limited to photo publication, press releases, interviews and media coverage.

The prize has no cash value and is nontransferable.  The Lottery reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that any portion of prize is unable to be fulfilled. No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the contest.
