1. Players should complete the information on the back of one (1) nonwinning $5 New Orleans Saints 2011 scratch-off ticket.

2. Each entry should contain (1) ticket in an envelope no larger than 4.5" x 9.5" and be mailed to:

Photo entries will be accepted only through the Lottery's "Make the Play" Saints Fan Photo Contest application on Facebook, Nov. 1-14, 2011. Five winning photographs will be selected based on creativity and originality. 

The Louisiana Lottery is solely responsible for conducting and administering this game and related second-chance drawings. The odds of winning a prize in any of the second-chance drawings are dependent upon the number of entries received for each drawing. Entries must be received by 5 p.m. on the entry deadline to be eligible for that drawing.  Entries received after the deadline for New Orleans Saints 2011 Second-Chance Drawing 1 will be eligible for Drawing 2. The entry deadline for Drawing 2 will be posted on the Lottery's website once the game has closed. After Drawings 1 & 2, nonwinning second-chance drawing entries and those received after the deadline for Drawing 2 will be discarded. Drawings will occur within seven (7) days of the drawing deadline. Second-chance drawing winners will be notified by mail/phone and must respond within five (5) days of such notification or their prize will be reassigned.

By submitting a second-chance drawing entry, entrants are granting the Louisiana Lottery permission to use their names and cities of residence in publicity efforts should their entry be selected as a second-chance drawing prize winner.

Players may win only one prize per second-chance drawing. Prizes may be transferred once and have no cash payment option. Saints Prize Package winners and their guests agree to adhere to all Saints policies related to the prize experience, including but not limited to adhering to ticket media terms and conditions. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated second-chance prize or a portion of a second-chance prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery's sole discretion.
