No Lottery Drawings on Easter Sunday BATON ROUGE, La. - The Louisiana Lottery Corporation announced Thursday that there will be no Pick 3 or Pick 4 drawings on April 16, Easter Sunday, according to Lottery policy.
Pick 3 and Pick 4 drawings are conducted daily, except on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. Tickets purchased for these games on Easter will be good for the next drawing on Monday, April 17.
In addition to Pick 3 and Pick 4, Cash Quest, Lotto and Powerball drawings will take place on Saturday as scheduled. The Lotto cash jackpot is estimated at $350,000 and the Powerball 30-year annuitized jackpot is currently estimated at $15 million. Powerball tickets must be purchased by 9 p.m. the night of the drawing. Tickets for all other Louisiana-based draw-style games must be purchased by 9:30 p.m. the night of the drawing.
Lottery ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age.
