12/17/2010 - 3:48 PM New Orleans Man Claims $375,000 Lotto Jackpot Norwood Albert of New Orleans was the sole winner of the $375,000 Lotto jackpot from the Dec. 11 drawing.Albert purchased his winning ticket from Tchoup Stop on Tchoupitoulas Street in New Orleans. The retailer will receive a one-time selling bonus of $3,750, or 1 percent of the jackpot prize, for selling Albert his winning ticket. Albert, age 48, received $262,500 after state and federal taxes were withheld. The winning numbers for the Dec. 11 Lotto drawing were 04-06-07-13-14-31. Ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age.
