Covington Woman "Jazzed" About Scratch-Off Win

When Sheri Schmidt of Covington noticed that her Lottery retailer was running low on Jazzy Notes scratch-off tickets, she decided to purchase one. Schmidt's decision paid off in a big way when she claimed a $10,000 top prize from the game.
Schmidt, age 46, purchased her top-prize winning scratch-off from Blossman Oil Co. #6 on Business Highway 190 in Covington. She shared that she plans to use her winnings to pay-off both of her vehicles.
Jazzy Notes is a $2 game that features the chance to win up to 10 times on each ticket and four color scenes. The game has one $10,000 top prize remaining as of June 15.
Players must be at least 21 years old to purchase a Lottery ticket. The Lottery encourages anyone who has a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867 for help. For security purposes, the Lottery also encourages players to sign the back of their tickets immediately after purchasing.
