Alexandria Man to Buy New Truck with Lottery Winnings

Roy Strong of Alexandria said he plans to treat himself to a new truck after claiming a $10,000 top prize from a Jazzy Notes scratch-off. 

The 35-year-old purchased his winning scratch-off from A & M #4 on North Bolton Avenue in Alexandria. 

Jazzy Notes is a $2 game that features the chance to win 10 times on each ticket. The game has one $10,000 top prize remaining as of June 14.

Persons must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Lottery ticket.  Anyone who has a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem are encouraged to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867. For security purposes, the Lottery strongly encourages players to sign the back of their ticket immediately after purchasing.
