5/24/2010 - 3:25 PM Youngsville Resident Claims $958,579 Lotto Jackpot Brenda Romero was surprised to find she held the $958,579 jackpot-winning Lotto ticket Thursday morning.The 53-year-old Youngsville resident received $671,005 after federal and state taxes were withheld. Murphy USA #6592 on W. Pinhook Road in Lafayette sold Romero her jackpot-winning ticket. The store will receive a bonus of $9,585, which is 1 percent of the prize, for selling the winning ticket. The winning numbers for the May 19 Lotto drawing were 04-08-10-26-28-29. Lottery ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. Draw-style game tickets must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing. Anyone who may have a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem should call toll free 1-877-770-7867 for help.
