Norris, age 54, also shares Johnson's love of scratch-offs and has been a regular scratch-off player for years. Both stores are located in Alexandria. Double Bingo is a $3 game that features over $2.2 million in cash prizes. The game has two $30,000 top prizes remaining as of Feb 16.
