Red White and Blue Cash is a $2 scratch-off game that offers players the chance to win up to $10,000 on each ticket. The game has one remaining top prize as of June 21. The game is also one of four games eligible for the Lottery's Hot Spot® Summer Second-Chance Drawing Promotion.
