"He said he bought the ticket because it has hearts on it for love," said Goodwin, age 41. "It feels awesome to win!" Goodwin, a Shreveport resident, said she plans to buy a car with her winnings. Her winning ticket was purchased at Circle K #8178 on Jefferson-Paige in Shreveport. Wild Hearts is a $2 scratch-off game that offers players the chance to win up to $14,000. With up to 10 chances to win on each ticket, the game has two remaining top prizes as of Jan. 20. Players must be at least 21 years old to purchase a Lottery ticket.
