Metairie Resident Claims $300,000 Lotto Jackpot from Oct. 11 Drawing

Anniece Williams of Metairie was the sole winner of the $300,000 Lotto jackpot from the Oct. 11 drawing.

Williams purchased her winning ticket from Driftwood Spur on W. Esplanade Avenue in Kenner. Driftwood Spur will receive a one-time bonus of $3,000, or one percent of the jackpot prize, for selling Williams her winning ticket.

Williams, age 49, received $210,000 after state and federal taxes were withheld.

The winning numbers for the Oct. 11 Lotto drawing were 01-07-09-19-29-39.

Ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. The Lottery encourages anyone who may have a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem to call toll free 1-877-770-7867 for help.
