"I was completely surprised! You've just got to take a chance!" said Booksh, who plans to save his winnings. To win his prize, Booksh's ticket matched four white ball numbers drawn plus the red Powerball number. He purchased his winning ticket at Cracker Barrel #54 on South Foster Drive in Baton Rouge. The winning numbers for the Jan. 23 Powerball drawing were 4-16-35-47-48 and the Powerball number was 39. Players must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Lottery ticket.
