Cash Quest Prize Remains Unclaimed As of today, no one has stepped forward to claim a $50,000 Cash Quest prize from the May 22 drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at Covington Quick Stop on N. Columbia Street in Covington and is set to expire Nov. 18.
The winning numbers for the May 22 Cash Quest drawing were 21-24-42-48, and the winning ticket matched all four numbers in the game's $50,000 prize tier.
The holder of the May 22 Cash Quest winning jackpot ticket has until 5 p.m. on Nov. 18 to claim the prize, which is subject to federal and state withholding taxes. Prizes greater than $600 may be claimed at any of the Lottery's six regional offices located across the state.
"We look forward to the winner coming forward to claim the prize. In the meantime, the winner should treat the ticket as cash," said Lottery President Rose Hudson. "It is also a good idea to sign the back of the ticket for security purposes."
Winners of the Lottery's draw-style games have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. After prizes have passed their redemption deadline, they are deposited into the Lottery's unclaimed prize fund, which is returned to players in the form of increased payouts on scratch-off tickets and player promotions.
The Lottery closed Cash Quest with the last drawing on Sept. 15 and launched a new draw-style game, Easy 5. Easy 5 offers a starting, pari-mutuel cash jackpot of $50,000 that grows until it is won. Drawings for Easy 5 are on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Lottery ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. The Lottery encourages responsible play and urges anyone with a gambling problem, or friends of anyone with a gambling problem, to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867.
