Doty has worked as a customer service representative for the Lottery in the Shreveport area since its inception in 1991. In 2006, he received the Lottery's Highest Average Dispenser Count award and the Superior CSR Performance for the Shreveport Region award. As Shreveport regional manager, he will oversee the sales and customer service functions for Lottery retailers in the greater Shreveport area. More News |
