Kaplan Resident Claims $30,000 Top Prize on 3-D Tic-Tac-Toe Scratch-off Ticket

Jennifer B. Primeaux of Kaplan claimed a $30,000 top prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Lafayette office from a 3-D Tic-Tac-Toe scratch-off ticket.
 
"I just kept thinking that this can't be true," said Primeaux, age 53.   She purchased her winning ticket at Simon's Supermarket on E. 11th Street in Kaplan.

Primeaux is the first top prize winner for this game which launched April 16.  3-D Tic-Tac-Toe is a $3 scratch-off game that offers four remaining top prizes as of April 19 and the chance to win up to 4 times.

Players must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a Lottery ticket.  The Lottery encourages anyone who has a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem to call toll-free 1-877-770-7867.
