"I am stunned!" said Kelley, age 85. He said he doesn't have any plans for his winnings yet. "It's just wonderful to win." Kelley's ticket matched all five white balls drawn but not the red Powerball to win his prize. He purchased his winning ticket at Murphy Discount on Transcontinental Drive in Metairie. The winning numbers for the March 31 Powerball drawing were 2-5-16-36-40 and the Powerball number was 36. Players must be at least 21 years old to purchase a Lottery ticket.
