Norco Woman Claims $1 Million Powerball Prize
|Circle K #4203 sold the $1 million winning Powerball ticket for the Sept. 4 drawing. The store received a one-time selling bonus of $10,000, which is 1 percent of the prize. Lottery Sales Representative Anne Boyer, Assistant Manager Brenda Saucier and Manager Andrea Davie display the store’s bonus check.
Louisiana Lottery player Emily Bourg claimed the $1 million Powerball prize from the Sept. 4 drawing.
The 35-year-old Norco resident's Quick Pick ticket matched all five whiteball numbers but missed the red Powerball number. The winning numbers for the Sept. 4 drawing were 02 - 09 - 26 - 45 - 47 and the Powerball number was 11.
Bourg purchased her winning ticket at Circle K # 4203 in Destrehan. The store received a one-time selling bonus of $10,000, which is 1 percent of the prize.
Ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. Draw-style game tickets must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing. Anyone who may have a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem should call toll free 1-877-770-7867 for help.
