Penn purchased his winning ticket at Saia's Supermarket on Highway 25 in Folsom. "It's great! I chose this game because I like to play poker," he explained. "I'm going to keep playing!" The $5 scratch-off game $100,000 Hold 'Em Poker® features five deals on each ticket; six top prizes of $100,000; 27,000 prizes from $21 to $2,100; and 1:3.79 overall odds of winning a prize. Players who do not win an instant prize can enter a second-chance drawing by mailing in one nonwinning $100,000 Hold 'Em Poker® ticket per envelope, no larger than 4.5" x 9.5", to the designated drawing address on the back of the ticket.
