When Janie M. Foley of McComb, Miss., learned that her nonwinning Louisiana Lottery $5 BLACK & GOLD SAINTS scratch-off was selected as the winner of a Saints game-day experience, she felt like a celebrity.

"I called my local paper to tell them my story - I haven't made the front page yet!" she joked. Foley visited the Lottery's New Orleans Office with her husband, Dan, to receive her prize elements, which included four Plaza Club Sideline tickets to the Saints vs. Carolina game, pregame field passes, overnight hotel accommodations, a $200 dinner allotment as well as $500 spending cash.

Foley's nonwinningBLACK & GOLD SAINTS scratch-off ticket was selected as a 2013 Saints Prize Package winner from among 18,000 entries in the game's third second-chance drawing that took place Nov. 19. In addition to winning her prize package, both Foley and her husband recently celebrated their birthdays during the Thanksgiving holidays.

"What a week it has been," said Foley. "We're excited to continue the fun!"

Longtime Saints fans, the Foleys received tickets to the 2012 Saints vs. San Diego game as a gift from their daughter and witnessed Drew Brees break the record for most consecutive games with a touchdown pass.

We're so excited to have the opportunity to attend another game this year," she said. "There's no other team we would claim!" Foley and her husband returned the favor by inviting their daughter to attend the game along with a family friend.
