Kenner Man Claims Lotto Jackpot Two Days before Thanksgiving

Huong Pham had 475,000 new reasons to be thankful during the week of Thanksgiving after claiming the Lotto jackpot from the Nov. 23 drawing.
The 57-year-old Kenner resident's winning Quick Pick ticket matched all six numbers to win $475,000 prize. His winning numbers were 07-10-26-35-37-40.
He received $332,500 after state and federal tax withholdings. The winning ticket was sold at Driftwood Spur on W. Esplanade Avenue in Kenner. The store will receive a selling bonus of $4,750, which is 1 percent of the prize.
Lottery ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. Draw-style game tickets must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing. Anyone who may have a gambling problem or friends and family of anyone with a gambling problem should call toll free 1-877-770-7867 for help.
